Health Update

Well, here I sit, crying from so much pain....

I underwent a complete hystorectomy on Wed. Nov. 18th...

I thought by now the pain would ease up a little, but no way... seems to get worse, rather then
better.

Prelim biopsy was negative but main one wont' be back for a few days.
I feel like I was ran over by a big mac truck and he backed up and hit me again!
Am praying these results are negative too. TY all for hanging in here with me.

Isn't God Just Soooo Great!!!

My doctor just called me, personally, she said she got all my test results back today. So far EVERY test has be negative for cancer!!!

She still wants me to have a follow-up check-up with an ogologist to be double sure. I am STILL in a lot of pain with the ovary... so my sitting time is limited.

I will have to have 2 possibly 3 surgeries though. One to remove the cyst and possibly the ovary. And either one to remove the polyps they found in the uterus/one to remove the uterus... I personally wish they'd just take it ALL out!!! This was just tooo scarey for me!

Sorry for not keeping up :(

So sorry for not keeping up.
Three weeks ago I had to go to the ER, thinking I was having one of my diverticulitis attacks.

The on call physician ordered a cat scan & I was shocked at what he told me. He returned to the room & asked me what my doctor & I had decided to do about the tumor on my left ovary!!! I said "excuse me?" .. He said "You don't know you have a tumor on your left ovary?" Of course I had no idea!

He preceded to tell me not only did I have it now BUT he had pulled my cat scan from where I was in the hospital in December of 2008 & he said it was also blantantly visible in THAT cat scan too!!!

So I've had God knows what sitting & growing in me since December!!!!

I have an appt with my OBGYN today to find out what is going on & to discuss a plan of action. Needless to say I am a bundle of nerves :(

Please keep me in your prayers & I will report back when I find out something!

Inspired by Pelle

This kit was inspired by one of my friends, Pelle, on scrapbookflair. He displayed a painting that he had gotten somewhere on the net. The sky was a gorgeous array of rainbow colors. I tried several brushes & colors to try & come up with something close, but still being fairly new at this, I failed :( Anyway, I came up with this kit in the process, & named it after Pelle since he was the inspriation for it.








My cousin Pat really enjoyed her trip to the St. Louis Zoo last week... Ain't She Sweet?!! lol



Pat's grandson, Sam, enjoyed celebrating his 6th birthday with a party last week.
